From 1 October 2007 employees will be entitled to a minimum annual leave of 24 days or 4.8 times the usual working week.

This will change again, from 1 April 2009, to 28 days or 5.6 times the usual working week.
Employers may choose to offer employees more than the minimum holiday if they so wish. This minimum entitlement can include Bank Holidays.
